About Western Specialty Structures, LLC
Founder and Owner of Western Specialty Structures, Dee Pickett discovered horses and the western way of life as a young boy while growing up in Idaho. Dee gave up a standout football career as a quarterback for Boise State University. Pickett followed his love of rodeo and went on to win two Professional Rodeo Cowboy Association world titles in 1984, the all-around and team roping.
In 1997, Dee was asked to endorse a tensioned fabric arena. He appreciated the ability to get out of the elements and yet be bathed in natural light. He was sold. Since then, Dee has helped hundreds of satisfied customers choose their own tensioned fabric structures from recreational to industrial facilities. The professional team at Western Specialty Structures can design and build a tensioned fabric building to suit each individual customer’s need.
